The ClarityTrack Process
Simple. Strategic. Empowering—for your growth journey.
1. Leadership Alignment
Where your roadmap begins.
We align leadership on goals, constraints, and priorities—so everyone is solving the same problem.
You leave with:
-
A clear definition of success (what matters most)
-
Agreed priorities + decision criteria
-
A shared language for the growth plan
2. Capabilities Assessment
See exactly where you stand.
We assess your qualified demand, conversion path, and trust signals to find what’s working and what’s leaking.
You leave with:
-
A diagnostic scorecard (strengths + gaps)
-
The top “leaks” hurting growth right now
-
The fastest wins vs. longer-term improvements
3. Tactical Roadmap
Turn vision into action.
You get a prioritized, practical plan with clear next steps—so execution feels obvious.
You leave with:
- A prioritized roadmap (what to do next, in what order)
- Recommendations by channel/page/touchpoint
- Milestones for the next 30/60/90 days

ClarityTrack FAQs
-
How long does the ClarityTrack process take?
ClarityTrack is a 3–5 week strategic sprint. Most teams complete it faster when the right leaders can join the kickoff workshop and respond to interviews quickly.
Typical timeline:
- Week 1: Leadership alignment + discovery
- Weeks 2–3: Capabilities assessment
- Weeks 4–5: Roadmap build + debrief
-
What's included?
ClarityTrack includes three components, designed to get you from “we’re busy” to “we’re aligned” to “we know exactly what to do next.”
1) Leadership Alignment Workshop
A guided session with key decision-makers (ops, clinical, marketing/sales, HR) to align on goals, constraints, and priorities.
Includes: prep materials, a 3-hour facilitated workshop (virtual or onsite), and an alignment summary with next-step assignments.2) Capabilities Assessment
A clear-eyed review of what’s working, what’s leaking, and what to fix first across growth drivers.
Includes: stakeholder interviews (live or async), a diagnostic across core growth areas, and a visual summary of strengths, gaps, and priorities.3) 12-Month Tactical Growth Roadmap
A practical plan built around your goals, bandwidth, and budget.
Includes: prioritized initiatives (quick wins + bigger moves), recommended KPIs and timelines, and a final debrief call to align the team on execution. -
What's not included?
ClarityTrack is strategy + roadmap, not a retainer or a bundle of execution hours.
It does not include:
- Website development or redesign
- Paid media buying/management
- Ongoing content production
- Full implementation of recommendations
If you want help executing after ClarityTrack, you can choose from several options (see “What happens after?” below).
-
How much is ClarityTrack?
ClarityTrack is a flat-fee strategic sprint starting at $20,000.
Pricing depends on:
- Number of locations/communities
- Scope (one segment vs. multi-segment / recruiting + marketing + sales)
- Workshop format (virtual vs. onsite)
- Number of stakeholder interviews and depth of assessment
We’ll confirm the exact scope and fee on the intro call so there are no surprises.
-
What happens after completing ClarityTrack?
After ClarityTrack, you’ll have a prioritized roadmap, clear owners, and recommended milestones. From there, you choose the execution path that fits your team:
- Run the plan internally (we can provide strategic check-ins if helpful)
- Use your existing vendors (we’ll collaborate and keep the strategy aligned)
- Engage RaisedCare to implement (project-based or ongoing support)
Many teams start with one quarter of execution support and adjust from there.
-
Who is ClarityTrack best for?
ClarityTrack is best for leaders who want a clear plan—especially when growth feels stuck, inconsistent, or dependent on one channel or one person.
It’s a fit for:
- Home care owners/operators
- Senior living Executive Directors
- CCRC / Life Plan leadership teams
-
What do we need to prepare?
Very little. We’ll provide a short intake form and request access to basic materials (website, marketing assets, basic performance info). The main requirement is participation from the leaders who own the outcomes.
Ready for clarity and a plan?
Start with an intro call—or take the Brand-Aid Diagnostic if you want a low-risk first step.
